Intelligence, on demand.

Intelligence is the discovery layer: search properties and markets, resolve owners, find and verify contact information, and screen numbers — paying only for the records you actually work. Overview in the docs: what Intelligence is →

What Intelligence credits are

Credits are the metering unit for premium data. Each paid plan includes a monthly allotment — 250 credits on Standard, 2,500 on Pro — and you can buy more in packs anytime. The 7-day trial is separate: it comes with a one-time allowance of 20 trial credits rather than the 250 or 2,500 monthly credits, which begin when the paid plan starts. Included monthly credits stay available for 12 months from issuance; purchased pack credits do not expire. Nothing else in the platform draws from your balance. Details: how credits work →

When credits are used

  • Purchasing property records from a search (free estimate first)
  • Resolving a property owner with an instant lookup
  • Finding businesses and the owners behind them
  • Skip tracing a saved audience (successful records only)
  • Verifying phone numbers or email addresses
  • Screening records against DNC and known-litigator data
  • Delivering a ringless voicemail drop

When credits are not used

  • Sending or receiving email and SMS
  • Placing or receiving calls
  • Managing replies in the unified inbox
  • Automations, templates, and batches
  • Opt-out / STOP handling, quiet hours, and suppression at send time
  • Importing, organizing, tagging, and reporting on records

The Intelligence actions

Each action is specific and priced per record or per bundle. Run them on the records you choose — never the whole list unless you want to.

1 credit / successful record

Property search

Search a city, county, or ZIP and preview the dataset for free. You're charged only for the records that come back. Guide

1 credit / successful record

Skip tracing

Find current phones and emails for a saved audience. Cached results and no-matches are free. Guide

1 credit / phone number

DNC & Litigator scrub

Scrub phone numbers against Do-Not-Call and known-litigator data, with a cost estimate before every run. Matches are held out of outreach. Guide

1 credit / 10 successful phones

Phone verification

Line-type checks — mobile, landline, VoIP — before an SMS batch is built, so texts go to numbers that can receive them. Guide

1 credit / 10 successful emails

Email verification

Domain and mailbox checks that protect deliverability before a send. Guide

5 credits / successful attempt

Advanced property owner lookup

Resolve who owns an address — including LLC-held property — and add the owner to your contacts. You're charged only when a lookup succeeds. Guide

5 credits / successful attempt

Business owner lookup

Find businesses in a market and resolve the owners behind them — for B2B prospecting and LLC-held property alike. Business search Owner discovery

2 credits / action

Ringless voicemail

Deliver a prerecorded voicemail as part of follow-up, with the drop logged on the contact record. Guide

A typical workflow

Intelligence isn't a separate tool — it sits inside the same flow you run every day, whether you start from a search or from your own list.

Discover — or import

Search a market with Intelligence and purchase the records worth working, or import an existing list and map fields once.

Enrich and verify

Skip trace the records you want to work, then verify phones and emails. Credits are spent only on those records, not the whole audience.

Screen before launch

DNC and litigator screening holds flagged records out of outreach; suppression keeps them out of future batches too.

Launch outreach

Reach the clean, enriched set across email, SMS, calling, direct mail, and ringless voicemail — with screening, quiet hours, and opt-out handling applied — and manage every reply in one inbox.

Discovery, enrichment, and verification.

Search properties, businesses, and owners in a market and open a record with property details, additional property info, owner identity — including LLC-held properties — and contact information. A free estimate is shown before any dataset purchase.
Skip tracing resolves contact details for a record, and you pay only for successful records. Enriched contacts are added to your audience, ready to verify and reach out.
Phone and email verification confirm contactability before outreach — including line type and mailbox deliverability — so a batch focuses on reachable contacts.
Discovered and enriched records become contacts in your Landing Zone workspace, where you organize and reach them. For details on working with your data, see the Intelligence documentation.
Credits are used only for the metered actions listed above — premium Intelligence actions (discovery, skip tracing, verification, and screening) and ringless voicemail — with a cost estimate shown before a run. Sending email and SMS never uses credits. See credit costs.
Records reflect the underlying data at the time of the lookup, and verification checks contactability at the time it runs. Information can change over time, so re-verifying before a send is good practice.
No. Verification confirms contactability, not interest. Whether someone responds depends on your offer, message, timing, and follow-up.
